Our goal at DPC Construction is to create houses that last for generations to come. We want to ensure that our work stands solid so that the people using the structure can live their lives knowing that their home stands strong.

Our Partnerships

DPC Construction’s founder, Todd Zaionz, is a believer in teaching people valuable skills that will last a lifetime. We regularly partner with groups such as Victory Outreach Men’s Home, teaching them valuable skills like carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and painting, in order to give them the skills to rehabilitate themselves and work towards a better future for themselves. Many of our former employees have gone on to establish careers as tradesmen, changing the trajectory of their future and being able to provide for themselves and their families.
